What is Erythritol powder
Erythritol, a filler sweetener, is a four-carbon sugar alcohol with the molecular formula C4H10O4. Erythritol is widely found in nature, such as fungal mushrooms, lichens, melons, grapes and pears. It can also be detected in animal eyeball crystals, plasma, fetal fluid, semen and urine. It is also found in fermented food wine, beer, soy sauce and Japanese sake.Can be made from glucose fermentation, white crystalline powder, has a sweet taste, not easy to absorb, stable at high temperature, stable in a wide range of pH, dissolve in the mouth when mild cool feeling, suitable for a variety of food.
